LONDON COUNCIL HOUSE
The Immortal Council owns a number of homes in almost every major city around the world and each property acts as a base of operation for the Immortal Council for that area.

A number of departments will work from the same Council House, including the local Enforcers, a number of clerics that deal with the enormous amount of paperwork that Immortals generate, and a representative for each type of being.
Any Immortal in danger can go to the Council House to receive help or advice. Small matters that are too mundane for a Council meeting will be dealt with here. New arrivals to the area are required to register with the local Council.

In an area with a small population of Immortals the Donors Guild will often share a property with the Council.
